The annual fundraiser for Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions (CWHTP) suffered from low attendance, so the board enlisted Ball Advertising Group to redesign the event.
Using our fundraising and event planning expertise, we changed everything from venue to format helping the organization grow the event from a 40-person dinner to a 400-person fundraising powerhouse.
In addition to event planning and organization, we also provided the marketing materials—television commercials, print ads, and event posters—needed to communicate the vision and mission of CWHTP and the uniqueness of the event.
